Tweed New Haven is a U.S. Port of Entry.
HVN is a designated U.S. Port of Entry. Operators must file the proper EAPIS paperwork and make advance reservations. CBP agents clear arriving aircraft on Robinson Aviation's ramp.
Airport / FBO hours of operation
Monday – Friday: 0600 – 2000. Saturday – Sunday: 0700 – 1900. After-hours services require 48-hour advance notice and incur additional callout fees; Robinson Aviation personnel must be present during after-hours international arrivals.
ATC hours of operation
Tower operating hours vary by season. Pilot-controlled lighting is available 2201 – 0559 Local. Consult ATIS 133.65 on arrival.
ARFF category / class
Tweed New Haven is ARFF-certified. Category and class are based on scheduled commercial service; confirm current classification with airport operations.
US Customs & Immigration
Clearance is handled on our ramp during posted hours. CBP reservations and EAPIS filings must be made in advance of arrival.

Ramp access
All pedestrian ramp access requires a Robinson Aviation employee escort. Vehicle access is similarly controlled and escorted.

Pavement classification and approach documentation are available on request. Contact the FBO for specific operational data.
VIP lounge / facilities
The executive terminal includes a passenger lounge, pilot's lounge, snooze room, and private spaces suitable for VIP arrivals. Advance notice helps us prepare specific accommodations.
Catering & linen/laundry
Catering can be arranged through local partners with advance notice. Linen and laundry services available on request.
Security services
24/7 badged ramp access, TSA-compliant perimeter, and secure overnight parking.
Fuel availability
Jet-A and Avgas 100LL. Titan programs accepted. See current fuel pricing.
Payment for services
Major credit cards, contract fuel, and approved operator accounts. Contact the FBO for account setup.
Foreign garbage disposal
Available on request — fees apply. See facility fees for current rate. We do not manage HAZMAT.
