Supporting the broader aviation community isn't an afterthought — it's built into how we operate. If you're training, flying a mission, or flying for service, we want to make it easier for you to get in and out of HVN.
Student Pilots
We waive all FBO fees for student pilots conducting required training flights — first cross-country solos, instrument rating checkouts, and similar milestones. Present valid documentation on arrival and you're set.
Humanitarian Flights
Pilots flying missions for nationally recognized humanitarian organizations receive discounted facility and handling charges (up to $150), discounted fuel, and complimentary crew car access for patient transportation or meals. Let us know about your mission ahead of time so we can have everything ready.
Civil Air Patrol
Official CAP mission pilots and those conducting familiarization flights receive waived facility and handling charges, plus complimentary crew car access. Thanks for the work you do.
