Robinson Aviation offers high quality comforts to passengers and pilots alike. Our newly renovated facility offers over 3,000 square feet of terminal space fit for the executive or private traveler. Our friendly and helpful Front Desk staff will greet you as you arrive and bid farewell upon your departure from the facility. We have a spacious passenger lounge, crew rest areas, canteen facilities, and ample well-lit parking access 24/7.
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS:
Ramp access is controlled at all times. Proper identification is required for access to the ramp areas and will be checked by staff. Any individual not in possession of a valid crew member ID or airport security badge MUST be escorted by line service personnel at all times, no exceptions.
VEHICLE ACCESS:
If you or a passenger would like to drive out to your aircraft, we are happy to accommodate you. Simply check-in with the front desk to arrange ramp access for your vehicle. Due to airport regulations, only 4-wheeled passenger vehicles will be granted access to the ramp. Individuals wishing to drive on the ramp that do not posses a valid crew member ID or valid airport ID MUST be escorted by line service personnel at all times, no exceptions.
After hours service and ramp access is available 365 days per year. Please contact us during normal business hours to arrange after hours service. For emergency after hours service, contact airport operations at (203) 907-9818.
Individuals requiring access to the t-hangars must possess a valid airport ID, and enter through Gate 21. Badge applications may be picked up from Robinson Aviation or Airport Administration during normal business hours. Any problems with access control for Gate 21 must be reported to airport operations, 24/7, at (203) 907-9818. Robinson Aviation is unable to escort or provide gate access for the t-hangars.

Crew Cars
Whether you’re with us for an hour and need to pick up a quick bite to eat, or are looking to enjoy one of our short road trips along the scenic Connecticut shoreline, to everything in between. Robinson Aviation has two 2018 Mazda3 vehicles available on a first come-first serve basis for up to three hours. A nominal fee applies, waived with a qualifying fuel uplift (25 gallons or a top-off of avgas, aircraft-specific for Jet-A).
Canteen
We are proud to serve a wide variety of artisan coffee as well as our signature loose-leaf tea bar. Enjoy your beverage in a porcelain mug, to keep with you for the duration of your stay. We also offer glass pint glasses for our filtered water, or if you would prefer to make your own iced coffee or tea. Our canteen is equipped with a microwave, a vending machine with goods hand selected by our team, and public table seating with an abundance of natural light, all overlooking our ramp-side operations.
PILOT'S LOUNGE
Our newly renovated pilot’s lounge welcomes you to sit back, put your feet up, and enjoy a television program or movie. With ample seating, the pilot’s lounge is also a great place to hang out and chat with colleagues. Enjoy all of your entertainment through our new theater speaker set-up, with just the right amount of low-end.
Quiet + SNOOZE ROOMs
Adjacent to the Flight Planning Room, our snooze room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, catch a nap, or catch up on some work, all in a calm atmosphere away from the hustle-and-bustle of the main lobby.
